We are pleased to communicate to our customers, that since 2010, enrich the convenience of our Residence:

  • Bilo 5 / 6 and Trilo new dishwasher and fridge 120 liters with separate freezer;
  • in each flat insert glass ceramic hobs;
  • new kitchen and living room apartment 103;
  • new sofa to replace defective.

What adds to those of 2009:

  • In any apartment of more than two rooms you have two TV; 
  • In each apartment include LCD TV 26 "(in Studio 22");

There will also be a channel devoted to information about Residence, its services, the Hotel Group and Cattolica and district

To expand our offerings and provide flats at prices much cheaper, this year we also have 8 other apartments that are located just 50 meters from the Residence Le Vele, specifically next to Hotel Esperia.

The apartments are spacious and functional, they leave little to the imagination but must be directed towards the substance.
